That was in the disclaimer portion of an exercise video I saw recently...can you FREAKING believe that?!
At Valley Crossfit, we jerk and use rapid motions constantly...so that we'll be good at it when the poop hits the fan.
Because when the poop DOES hit the fan, rapid, jerky movements are the ones that will save you!!!
But I digress.
