This was our last Monday Workout of the Year!!!

Philip got jealous when I called Jason "The Man In Black," so he decided to Johnny-Cash-it-up himself!

Paul works a crazy exercise called "The Turkish Get-Up." One might ask, "What does that work?!" To which the answer is, "Everything, baby! Everything!"

We had a great class this morning! 20 people, giving it their all...unfortunately, we didn't take any photos of the action. For those who are curious about the workout...we did "McFlurry," but we subbed Bodyweight Behind-the-Neck Push Jerks for Power Cleans...try it, you'll hate it!

After brunch, we got Philip on The Rail for the first time...

DECEMBER 26th SCHEDULE

One class, at 10am. Meet at the gym.

If it's NICE out, we MAY jet over to Sherman Oaks Park, five minutes away...not sure yet. Layer appropriately!

Most likely we'll stay at the gym, though.

But...ya never know.
