Another great day of training, Yo!

Didja ever get the feeling you were being watched?!

Well, while we were doing Affiliate Team Training at the Hollywood Bowl recently, that's exactly what was happening...

Fellow Crossfitter Ronnie got his friend to snap this photo of him next to the VCF Battlewagon, and then he sent it to me. You rock, Ronnie!

SUNDAY CROSSFIT

For today's WARMUP, we played around with two new exercises from Saturday's mainsite workout...One arm barbell push-presses and One arm deadlifts...later, we finished the class with rope climbs...

SATURDAY CROSSFIT

A great day of training, thanks to all who came out!

If you missed it, we had Beginner Class at 9am, Intermediate Class at 10am, and Team Training at noon (at the Hollywood Bowl).

Then, a few of us went out to support VCF-er Sam as she made her Roller Derby Premiere!
