I just wanted to say thanks for some great sessions at Valley this summer. It really inspired me and gave me some stuff to share with my trainers and clients. It was also great to meet someone who runs their gym in family style way. It really works and proves to me that you dont need to approach this business like a Wall Street stockbroker.

I was also hoping you could pass a message on for me to Bonnie Lynn. I was so happy to see her result from the games. The last day I was at Valley, she was in tears and wondering if she would even be able to compete. Well I hoped she answered that question! (8th place!)
