Great post!

I've been doing some thinking lately and I have come to the conclusion that I have been exercising, while most recently, switching over to training. As you said, exercising is boring and it is easy to peak and not see any improvements after a certain point.

More recently, I have switched over to training and it is amazing! I am constantly pushing the envelope and doing things I've never done. I worry less about gaining and maintaining my weight because I know no matter what I will always go harder which evens the weight and fitness aspect out. The beauty of training is that it never has to end. Endurance, speed, strength, and confidence can always improve. If that's not exciting I don't know what is. :D
